Admin Activities
  • Add/Delete/Modify Part

  • Obsolete Part Template
a) Select part template. Sets obsolete flag and deletes ALL parts under that template.
  • Obsolete Instrument
a) Select instrument template. Sets obsolete flag and deletes ALL instruments under that template.
  • Dispose of Individual Parts
a) Builds list from search items: part template, PO, date purchased, site, lot#; sets ‘date disposed. Ask Y/N (default=N) if they want immediate purge of records.
  • Purge Disposed Parts
a) User selects range of dates of disposal, deletes records.



User Activities:
- Manage Inventory->
- Receive Parts
o Enter vendor, PO#, and allow several parts and quantities to be entered in spreadsheet form, along with lot #, depot location, location description,
- Move Parts
o From Depot X to Depot Y, allow selection of multiple parts and quantities, with ability to replace location description
- Dispatch Parts to Site
o Select non-depot location, depot, and get pick list of parts. Sets site ID, and Date Dispatched

- Manage Activities->
- Reminders (go to add/edit/delete/search)
o Set date/time/user/type, from type select instrument or part, select site if needed
- Record Instrument Repair
o Select location and instrument, set last repaired date
- Record Instrument Inspection
o Select location and instrument, set last inspected date
- Move Instrument
o Select location and instrument, select destination location, change site ID
- Move Part
o Select site and Part, select destination site, change site ID
- Record Part Replacement
o Select location and instrument; select part from list of parts marked dispatched with that location ID; set last date last repaired in analyzer,set date installed and analyzer ID in new part, set date replaced in old part (part with same instrument ID and template ID).
- Record Part Repair
o Select location and instrument; select part from list of parts with an installed date and with that Instrument ID; set last date last repaired in analyzer,set date last repaired in that part
- Record Part Inspection
o Select location and instrument; select part from list of parts with an installed date and with that Instrument ID; set last date last inspected in analyzer, set date last inspected in that part
- Record Part Installation
o Select location and instrument; select part from list of parts with an installed date and with that Instrument ID; set date last installed in that part
- Record Bottle Recertification
o Select location ; select bottle from list; update certification date, Installed value.



- Reports->
- Show Low Parts
- Show Reorder Parts
- Repair History
- Inspection History
- Replacement History


Notes:
“dispatch” sets Location ID, but no other dates.
