The Linear Data Editor (Figure 5-2) allows access to all major database fields, displaying :
- Site Name, Parameter Name, Parameter Template Name
- Average Interval
- Start and End Dates
- Value (Hover the mouse pointer over data values to see any annotations.)
- Raw Value (can’t be edited)
- AQS Null Codes
- Data Logger Flags
- Qualifier Codes
- Method Code
- AirVision Data Grade (used by ADVP).
Data in the cells is color-coded based on the flags on the data, using the flag->color mappings in the
Flags Editor. Data with more than one flag will be displayed as the highest priority flag color, but a cross-hatching pattern is used to show that more than one flag is present.
The user can click on various columns to bring up pick lists (e.g., null codes, flags, qualifier codes) or to directly edit the. The user can also select a range of data (click-drag, CTRL-select, or SHIFT-select) and use the
Batch Data Editor to perform a number of actions on the data, such as changing values, setting method code, etc.
