Change: Before backing up the database the AirVison service under Services must be stopped (MyComputer->Manage->Services). Once the service has stopped the backup process can be done.Create a folder on the root drive called AirVision Database Backup. Open SQL Server Management Studio and connect View changes from previous version. (Word count: 566)
