Add A New Channel (8816 / 8832 Logger)

Open Configuration->Site/Parameter Editor
Select the Site, and Select "Add Parameter" from the Ribbon
If a Parameter Template would apply, select a template from the top right, and click "Apply"
Fill out the remainder of the form as necessary.
Select the "save" icon fro the upper right.
Open Configuration->Data Source Details
Open the Site, and select the Logger
Select Add->Channel from the Ribbon and select the appropriate channel type.
In the top right of the channel form, select the Parameter you entered in steps 2-4.
Fill in the remainder of the channel form as necessary (average times, storage times, "Misc" tab settings.
Select the "save" icon fro the upper right.
