AirVision will only support the 2.0 schema, and will not support the outdated 1.0 schema.

AirVision will support RD and RB records (as well as RA and RP records from the PARS Tool)

AirVision will also support the AQS text reporting for RD and RB records

We wil only support "Insert" functionality- it is assumed that delete or update functionality would be done through EPA's web-based AQS tool, and that such changes might be later re-imported if the user desires to stay in sync with EPA.
